If you would like to return your order to us, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to inform you personally about the conditions. The shipment cannot be returned without consultation. The return costs are always borne by the buyer.
In all cases of returns:
• All items must be returned in the original packaging and unopened, the box must also not be opened.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the seeds.

All information as a buyer must be clearly stated on the packaging. When the package has been received by us, the net invoice amount (or part thereof) will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.
If, despite all good care, complaints arise that are justified, then the seller has the choice of the goods in whole resp. to be partially replaced or to reimburse.
The seller’s liability does not exceed the net invoice amount of the goods.
Buyer must submit original packaging (in connection with batch no.).
DAMAGE, DELAY OR LOSS
If the order is damaged, delayed or lost during transport, you must contact us as soon as possible (max. 14 days). However, the seller can never be held liable for any damage or loss during transport.
